The FIH Hockey Pro League 2023-24 the season begins on December 6 in Santiago del Estero, Argentina, the International Ice Hockey Federation FIH announced on Friday.

At the end of the FIH Hockey Pro League 2022-23 season, which ends in June, the lowest ranked team will be replaced by the winners of the FIH Hockey Nations Cup 2022.
The Indian women’s ice hockey team won the FIH Hockey Nations Cup last year and was promoted to the FIH Hockey Pro League for the 2023-24 season. Ireland, meanwhile, won the men’s division and earned promotion.
Other participating teams for the 2023-24 FIH Hockey Pro League season will be confirmed at the end of the 2022-23 season.
The fifth season of the Pro Hockey League schedule is divided into seven blocks of dates where multiple teams gather in one location to play each other. India will host a series of matches in Rourkela in February.
The 2023-24 season ends on June 30, 2024 in Amsterdam, Holland.
The winning team of the FIH Hockey Pro League in the 2023-24 season earns direct entry to the FIH Hockey World Cup 2026 tournament.
