Complaining and crying for Novak Djokovic has become as synonymous as winning. He did not want to be vaccinated and was sad that trying to keep other tennis players as safe as possible prevented him from competing because everyone Novak cares about being Novak. And now, with Djokovic easily through to the quarterfinals of the Italian Open, one point in his clay-court performance irked the world No. 1, and it’s entirely his fault. And of course you joked to Djokovic that he thought of everyone to get him.

At the end of a rally against Cameron Norrie, Djokovic hit a trap that he knew the Briton, ranked 13th in the world, would smash and end the point. Like every tennis player, Djokovic turns his back on the game in the middle of the court and starts to walk away. The best tactic in the world is to give up. And to make things more interesting, Norrie completes the point by following the ball and connecting with his shot to make contact with Djokovic’s left thigh. It was an automatic point for Norrie, but on top of that, Djokovic was furious that the tennis ball hit him on the tennis court with his back turned. I’d say someone pissed off his Lucky Charms this morning, but with his attitude he probably likes them taste golden cereal. That’s not really what Honey Nut Cheerios is about.

Djokovic looks back at Norrie, who immediately apologized as he didn’t see the world number one until he hit the ball to his foot like a Brit killed his sister. How dare you touch Novak Julio Ricardo Inigo Montoya Tommy de la Rosa Ramrez Djokovic’s leg? Yeah, that was his first thought. Djokovic extended his death stare to Norrie as just his big picture attitude of the court. Of course, in a world where there’s little harm to Djokovic, it’s everyone else’s fault. What a piece of shit that guy is.
