Cricket, Rum and Food Tasting with Angostura Master Distiller John Georges Tickets Fri 9 Jun 2023 6pm

Cricket is the oldest organized sport in American history. Explore the roots of cricket in America with Bikram Singh and Baljit Gill. Learn the rules of the game and use this knowledge in a short (6 over, 1 innings) match. The teams are formed by picking randomly from among the participants. A short drink break follows the first inning.

Golfers may be familiar with the 19th Hole, which means a pub, bar or restaurant where the fun continues after the game. The Crickets version of the 19th Hole is the third inning to be held at Norfolk Wine & Spirits as teams travel from Wrentham, MA to Norfolk, MA for a rum tasting led by the Angostura Master Distiller. John Georges.

Directions and parking:

Introduction to Cricket takes place on the ground at the Crackerbarrel Fairgrounds. Please note that there are multiple courts and we play on the court that is along Emerald Street and Prouty Drive. Parking is available on Prouty Drive next to the same field as the well played.

Registration:

Tickets $35.00 per person.

Note: Introduction to Cricket is held rain or shine. If you don’t want to participate, you can skip it and join the store for an Angostura Rum tasting.
