Bamford x King Nerd Tennis Snoopy GMT Info

Designer Johnny Dowel, also known as King Nerd, has lent his vision to create a limited edition Snoopy watch in collaboration with Bamford London. Speaking about this collaboration, watch brands founder George Bamford said that King Nerd has been a dear friend for many years, having worked on some of our biggest collaborations together, but we’ve never had the opportunity to work alone until now.

The resulting song contains the beloved PEANUTS a dog who also happens to be one of King Nerds favorite characters from his childhood. In the center of the dial is Snoopy in a sporty persona known as Tennis Snoopy. Synonymous with its earlier Snoopy GMT watches, figure hands have been incorporated into the watches, the hour hand now features a tennis racket, while the minute hand moves freely. With Snoopys partner in crime, Woodstock rested around his best, acting as the clock’s second hand.

The case of the black and fluorescent chartreuse color scheme is made of steel, while its case back is equipped with titanium and features a special Snoopy engraving on top. Inside the 40mm timepiece, the Sellita SW330-2 automatic movement beats out the 56-hour power reserve and 10 ATM water resistance.

Limited to 150 pieces, the watch is now available for purchase at Bamford London online store for 1,700 GBP (approx. $2,229 USD).
