Puneri Paltan, Dabang Delhi saw continued winning form

Pune (Maharashtra) [India]July 20 (ANI): Puneri Paltan Table Tennis and Dabang Delhi Table Tennis will continue their winning streak as they lock horns on Friday in the Ultimate Table Tennis Season 4 at Shiv Chhatrapati Sports Complex, Mahalunge-Balewadi, Pune.
A franchise-based league under the auspices of the Table Tennis Federation of India (TTFI).
Puneri Paltan Table Tennis won their previous tie against Goa Challengers while Dabang Delhi Table Tennis beat Bengaluru Smashers for their first win. The Pune side are currently fifth in the table and their young paddler Archana Kamath, who stunned Goa Challengers with world number 38 Suthasini Sawettabutt, believes they have a fantastic squad and will do better as the league progresses.
“I think we have a really good team and the win in the last round will definitely give us confidence to do better in the upcoming matches. Besides the quality of our team, the management is really nice and they remind us that we have to enjoy our game and the results will come. So we will keep that in mind and give our best “, commented Archana before the draw.

Apart from Archana, Puneri Paltan Table Tennis is backing world number 23 Omar Assari and Gujarat-based youngster Manush Shah for positive results. On the other hand, the Delhi series has paddlers like Sathiyan Gnanasekaran, Sreeja Akula and Barbora Balazova who can turn the tie around on their own.
Sathiyan stated, “The last win gave us much needed confidence and it has given us a good start to Season 4. We will now look to carry the momentum into the next tie and hopefully register another win.”

All Season 4 matches will start at 7:30 PM on Sports 18 channel and live streaming on JioCinema.
