WI vs IND: One day, a handheld microphone caught Silva telling Kohli that his mother is coming to watch the latter

In a heart-warming video, the mother of West Indies wicketkeeper Joshua Da Silvas was seen hugging Indian batter Virat Kohli and later burst into tears after meeting the superstar.
Take a picture, he told his son Joshua Da Silva.
You are lovely, you have a beautiful wife, he told Kohli.

I told Joshua that I am only coming to this game to see Virat Kohli and not him because I see him every day. It was the first time I met Virat Kohli and he was wonderful because he is a beautiful, blessed person. He is so talented and I hope my son will emulate him, he said in a video shared by journalist Vimal Kumar.
Kohli is one of the best batsmen of our lifetime. So it’s an honor for me to meet him and for my son to be on the same field with him.
On the first day, a microphone caught Silva telling Kohli that his mother was coming to watch the latter. My mom called me and said she is coming to watch Virat Kohli’s match, I couldn’t believe it.
Before the end of play on the first day, Kohli had a rather fascinating conversation with De Silva.
The West Indies keeper asked Kohli to get to a quick hundred.
Virat Replied: Obsessed with my milestones?
Da Silva said: I know I am, I want you to get 100.
Kohli equaled Sir Don Bradman’s record 29 tons in India’s commendable first innings score of 438, but their bowlers found it difficult as West Indies ended day two with 86 for 1 in the second Test in Trinidad.
The first session of the second day undoubtedly belonged to Kohli who was hardly bothered by any of the West Indian pacers as he has taken 77 runs in singles, doubles and triples in his innings besides 11 boundaries.
Starting the day on 87, Kohli reached his century in the first half-hour after dispatching a Roach delivery with a wide-topped square drive. The big grin as he raised his club and then bowed said it all.
The satisfaction of scoring his first overseas Test hundred in half a decade was palpable as he last scored a ton overseas in Perth in 2018.
Kohli’s greatness lies in his game awareness as the cornerstone of his innings were 45 singles and 13 doubles in energy-saving conditions.
He would be pleased as as many as nine of his 11 boundaries hit the side as signature cover positions emerged from his cupboard time and time again.
