Utah Jazz: Mike Conley out of game 1 between Jazz and LA Clippers

After pulling his right hind limb last week in the Utah Jazz First Round Playoff Series in the 5th match against Memphis Grizzlies, Mike Conley hoped the injury wouldn’t stop him from the first round of the second round.

This is not the case as Conley has been disqualified from Tuesday’s 1st match at Vivint Arena against LA Clippers for what was diagnosed the day after the injury as a slight strain on the right occiput.

Conley was huge in the first four games of the Jazz against the Grizzlies, averaging 20 points and 10.3 assists while shooting over 53% behind the 3-point line.

Joe Ingles has typically started Conleys ’place when the Veterans Point Guard has been injured, and in reality it will bring more lineup to the starting lineup as Utah tries to figure out a way to include both Kawhi Leonard and Paul George.
