Through its Smalta brand, Ansa McAl Trading has signed a long-term contract with National Table Tennis Image Chelsea Edghill to be the newest brand ambassador before her Olympic trip to Tokyo.
Edghill, a former Caribbean champion under the age of 21 and a woman in the 2018 national sport, recently received her ticket to the Olympics, the first in table tennis.
However, the agreement does not only apply to the Olympics, but will also last until 2022, as Smalta seeks to foster a significant partnership with the rising star.
A graduate of Lindenwood University expressed his gratitude to Smalta and stressed during the signing of the contract that this is probably the first for enthusiasts who want to be professionals in Guyana.
