Ten test cricket legends will be included in the ICC Hall of Fame

Dubai [UAE]June 10 (ANI): The International Cricket Council (ICC) announced on Thursday a special edition of the ICC Hall of Fame event, which will hit the final of the first-ever Test Event (WTC). The ten game legends who have made a significant contribution to the history of Test cricket will be joined by 93 players who are already on the ICC Hall of Famers ’prestigious list.
In a special match, two players from each of the next five eras will join the ranks of the world’s greatest players.
Early Cricket Age (before 1918)
The Cricket Season between the Ways (1918 – 1945)
The post-war cricket season (1946-1970)
ODI era (1971-1995)
Modern Cricket Season (1996-2016)

“We are honored to announce a one-time induction of ten cricket races into the ICC Hall of Fame at the same time as the all-time first final of the South Testton World Championships,” said ICC CEO Geoff Allardice.
“We celebrated the history of the game and what better way than to honor some of the big ones who founded and played the game in different eras. These are all players with a legacy that will inspire future generations for years to come,” he added.
The special edition ICC Hall of Fame show will be broadcast live on all ICC digital channels, including Facebook and YouTube on Sunday. Included are interviews with inducers as well as reactions and insights from a panel of guest experts, including Lisa Sthalekar and Lawrence Booth, who will also be. joined two special forces that made it to this league of legends.
The ten icons introduced as part of this special edition have been voted on by the ICC Hall of Fame voting academy, which consists of live Hall of Fame members, a FICA representative, major cricket journalists and senior ICC executives.
An independent statistician from the International Criminal Court will compile a long list of former players or other significant cricket figures for each era (based on the period during which they had the most significant impact) and present it to the Hall of Fame Nomination Committee with relevant statistics. and a brief comment.
The results produce a weighted score against which the top two individuals of each era will be admitted to the ICC Hall of Fame. In fair situations, priority is given to the players with the most first-vote votes.
