The biggest average in Bellator MMA history will return to action on Friday night as three-time division champion Douglas Lima defends his 170-pound title against Jaroslav Amosov at the Bellator 260. The action will run from Mohegan’s Sun Arena in Uncasville, Connecticut and live on Showtime.
Lima won the title for the third time in 2019 and won Rory MacDonald’s Bellator Welterweight World Grand Prix final. He also won the title in 2014 and 2016. In his last fight, Lima tried to jump to the middleweight, but was a short bid for an open championship at the time when he lost the decision to Gegard Mousas.

Amosov is 25-0 in his career, has not yet suffered a loss and has gone 6-0 on the Bellator list since joining. In his last battle, Amosov faced the steepest test of his career, winning a narrow split decision with Logan Storley to get a head shot.
It is a loaded battle card for the return of fans live at Mohegan Sun Arena. The main event features an interesting view of £ 175 between Paul “Semtex” Daley and Jason Jackson. Both men, who regularly fight in the middleweight, agreed to a five-pound compensation when they seem to be influencing matchmakers in hopes of earning the title next.
