The Allstar Festival of Christian Athletes ended last night with the 22nd Allstar Football Game at Shotwell Stadium.
Several talented players from all over the big country hit the grid for the last time during their high school career.
The defense was the story of the first half as both offenses were considered ineffective, but the Red team withdrew in the second half to win 17-7.
Abilene High’s Jeshari Houston took the game’s winning touch to help him earn an offensive MVP.
On the other side of the ball, Wylien Reese Gooding was named MVP in defense.
