The Spartan tennis season ended on the WIAA Division 2 boys tennis court in East Troy on Wednesday, June 9th.
McFarland finished sixth and the team scored 16 points. In No. 1 single, Elias Pederson dropped to Dayne Lindow (24-2) 6-0, 6-0 in the quarterfinals.
Ben Pimental crashed in the 4-1 unit quarterfinals 6-1, 6-0 in the state qualifier among Matthew Rathmun’s Catholic monument.
In the four-pair quarterfinals, David Templeton and Carter Synder also lost a Catholic memorial of 6-1, 6-1 to possible state qualifiers, Chase Korb and Nate Carson.
