People who take their father to hit the ball around the court on Father’s Day can also pamper them with a free beer as part of the club’s campaign.
The Cromer Tennis Club offers free beer for fathers whose children take them to play on Sunday, June 20, to play either tennis, table tennis, squash or racket, or watch them train.
Club chairman Kelvin van Hasselt said the offer was open to club members and non-members.
He said: “We’re making Father’s Day a big day this year at the club.
“Club enthusiasts, especially fathers, like to play tennis with their kids on the weekends, and it’s amazing what difference it can only make by hitting with them.”
