Cloquet’s Rasmussen, Grand Rapids’ Stampohar undertake to play hockey in the UWS

Last season with Wilderness Rasmussen played a total of 14 goals and 16 assists in 54 matches.

This marked his third year with a Cloquet-based subsidiary of the North American Hockey League (NAHL).

He also captained Lumberjacks in the 2018-2019 season, which always made it to the section semi-finals.

In addition, Stampohar, who has been at Canisius College for the past two seasons, announced his commitment on Monday.

In his first year, he appeared in 18 games. He was part of the Thunderhawks state championship teams as early as 2017.
