A tennis player shouts through a stray bullet in Portland Park

PORTLAND, Ore (KOIN) – Several families began diving under cover while hearing firearms in Northeast Portland Park on Saturday afternoon. A man is hit by a delusion.

The shooting at Rose City Park ner NE 64 and Tillamook apparently took place near a basketball court. The man who hit – who asked not to be identified – played tennis at the other end of the park across the field when the delusional bullet hit.

He suspected the bullet had been criminalized by someone else before hitting his foot. Other witnesses said a large number of people had gathered on the basketball court before the shooting.

Another witness, who spoke to KOIN 6 news, said 25 to 35 people had gathered near the basketball court before the shots. Someone jumped in the car and others got to their feet after the shooting.

The tennis players said they heard about 5 shots from the basketball court and then a break before more shots were taken.

His tennis partner told KOIN 6 News, “When we decided it wasn’t fireworks, we ran and hid behind a tree. When the police came and settled down, we went back here and found bullet pieces.”

He said he felt nothing, but his friend said he was hurt. “We checked on him and found that he was not bleeding. There were bruises. Police took him up for inspection. “

According to the man hit in the leg, he feels very lucky and thinks about buying a lottery ticket.
