Cricket: There’s no reason to remove Ravi Shastria as an Indian coach if he’s doing well: Kapil Dev, Sports News

As Rahul Dravid coaches the Sri Lankan Indian Border Guard Team, many are confident that it will be anything but an indication of things to come because of the ultimate fate of Indian cricket. Head coach Ravi Shastri’s residency is set to come to a conclusion in the final stages of the T20 World Championships in such a distant future that many will accept that Rahul Dravid may eventually become head coach.

Although Kapil Dev experiences preparing Rahul Dravid for the future, it is a smart idea, but he also believes there is no great need to ask Ravi Shastri to leave. The talents of Ravi Shastr’s man and leaders were praised by numerous people as India defeated Australia in its own corner. In a conversation with ABP News, Kapil Dev said: “I don’t think there’s a need to talk about it. Let this Sri Lankan series get over it. Well check out the show our team has planned. If you’re trying to shape a new coach, there’s nothing wrong with that. Then again “If Ravi Shastri continues to do a good job, there is no reason to remove him. The only time will tell. Kapil Dev also spoke of India’s currently huge number of players, which has allowed the team to play two different series in two separate countries at the same time. There is also talk of whether such a circumstance, in which India plays two groups, is possible for the future.

Kapil Dev believes this should not represent a matter. He admits that by playing two teams, young people get a chance to talk to their people and show off their talents.

“India has great bench strength. If the players get a chance and India can put together two teams that can claim to win in both England and Sri Lanka, there is nothing better. If the young people get a chance, there is nothing wrong with it. But if the team management has to decide should they put such pressure on two teams at the same time, ”Kapil Dev pointed out.
