The Dodgers nine-game winning streak clicked in Miami

The Dodgers ’nine-match winning streak ended on Monday when they fell into the Marlins, 5-4.

The Dodgers placed two players in the third inning. Walker Buehler burned a double to lead the match in his fifth-hit season. Hed will score a double from Chris Taylor and give LA a 1-0 lead. Justin Turner brought Taylor on a single, putting LA in two rounds.

It looks like it would be a 1-2-3 third base for Buehler, but there was chaos with two outwards. After two quick exits, everything went wrong. He hit Starling Martea on the field and stabbed the runner. He then looted to steal another base. Garrett Cooper followed the singing in Miami. Cooper then stole his second stolen base of the second season.

When Adam Duvall’s single put the runners in the corners, Miguel Rojas mentioned the tying run. Instead of getting out of the inning, Zach McKinstry’s mistake allowed Marlin to score a third inning.

Miami played smart baseball in a turn later to put a new run on the board. Joe Panik led the turn with a pound and then stole another base. It was the third stolen base of the Marlins game during the fourth game leak. Jazz Chisolm Jr. then presented Panlin with a 4-2 lead over the Marlins.

LA had several opportunities to try to seize more times, but failed to take advantage. Taylor led the fifth inning with one, but had to end the inning there. In the seventh inning, Dodger had runners in the first and second one out. AJ Pollock and Turner followed back with strikes, ending the chance for a rally.

The Dodgers tied it eighth, but they could easily have had so many more runs. The first four bats reached the base, three of which came through a walk. The LA deficit was cut in just one run. Cody Bellinger came to pinch the hits and just missed the grand slam. And when I mean I just forgot one … I mean it.

Then Mookie Betts came off the bench to squeeze the punches and walked again, loading the bases. Taylor had a golden opportunity, but he flew into bad territory and couldn’t take runners away. Pollock was then given three straight sliders along the board, but he hit three pitches to end the turn.

Victor Gonzalez took eighth and quickly recorded two starts on six pitches. Needed one more strike to send things to the ninth, he gave ahead and eventually the game-winning home round to Jorge Alfaro. It was only his third home of the year.

Dodger still had a chance in the ninth. Turner reached the base to start the turn, which was then converted to Matt Beats at the first base after the use of force. With one, the Dodgers had two top strikers on deck, Will Smith and Max Muncy. Unfortunately, they could not deliver the switch. Smith struck out and Muncy flew to end the turn.

After the loss of the giants, the Dodgers had a chance to reach first place in the division. Unfortunately, well, we have to wait at least another day.
