Grimm named CSCAA Scholar American

US AIR FORCE ACADEMY, Colo. Air Force swimmer Adam Grimm was appointed to the Scholar All-America team of the College Swimming & Diving Coaches Association of America (CSCAA), as announced by the CSCAA.

Grimm, a rising parent, earned the honor of the second straight season and is 29thth Falcon overall make the Scholar All-American team.

Originally from O’Fallon, Mo., Grimm earned the Western Sports Conference of the Week swimmer ratings last season and was also named an academic all-WAC. As a major in the aerospace industry, he placed seventh in the WAC Championships in 1650 and earned the NCAA B schedule.

To qualify for the second team (also called an honorable mention), student athletes must have earned a minimum of 3.50 GPA and reached the “B” time standard for a national championship or attended a diving zone qualifier.
