Birmingham City has already signed its sixth summer contract by signing Manchester United’s young Dutch pier with a seasonal loan from Tahith Chong.
The Dutch national team under the age of 21 has performed in the first 16 teams at United since he made his debut against Reading in the FA Cup third-round draw in January 2019.
He was sent twice last season on loan to continental European clubs.
He played 13 Bundesliga games at Werder Bremen before joining Club Bruges.
He then made 10 appearances to help Bruges win the first division in Belgium.
Chong will stay with United early in the season before joining the Blues in time for the start of a new championship season against Sheffield United against Bramall Lane on Saturday, August 7th.
She makes the same move that was successfully enjoyed by Jesse Lingard, who spent three months in St Andrew in 2013, starting with a great debuted four goals, against Sheffield Wednesday.
