However, with Android 12, Google decided to go back to giving desert names to its latest updates, as Dave Burke, Google’s Vice President of Engineering for Android, tweeted to announce that Snow Cone would be the dessert name for Android 12. .

Surprisingly, Android Central reported in February that the internal name for Android 12 may be Snow Cone when it first leaked, but since Google had stopped using dessert names altogether, many assumed it was too good to. to be true.
