Police investigating Leah Croucher’s disappearance are investigating a photo showing an obscure figure captured on Google Earth.

The satellite image was spotted by an audience member studying a barn believed to be connected to the teenager, who went missing on his way to work on February 15, 2019.

Web investigators say the photo was taken from a disused barn in Eaton Bray, 18 miles from Leah’s home in Milton Keynes, a month later.

The news was communicated to the police, who confirmed that they were being investigated.

The barn, along with a large house, sits on land that was raided as part of the investigation nearly two years ago.

Neighbors said they saw police digging into the ground as part of the hunt, but the search revealed nothing.

However, this month, rumors about Eaton Bray resurfaced on an online forum called Web Sleuths, along with a Facebook page called Leah Croucher Disappearance Community Investigation.

A curious member decided to try finding the property on Google Maps to see what it was like and how big the land was before spotting the mysterious figure.

He said: I zoomed in on the house and then I moved the cursor to one of the barns next door. I zoomed in, then zoomed in again and then I couldn’t believe my eyes.

I could see someone in one of the barns, looking out of a large open window. It was clearly a female and it looked like she had a red jacket blanket around her. She was just sitting there.

The member noted that the date on the Google Earth image was March 2019 a month after Leah, then 19, went missing.

He continued: The more I looked at the photo, the more it seemed to resemble Leah. The girl looks the same age, has the same hairline, the same eyes and the same beautiful slightly chubby cheeks.

It sent shivers down my spine. Could Leah be alive in March 2019? And if so, how did he manage to be in a barn?

It seems that she was hiding or that someone hid her, but why? Questions swirled through my head.

The following morning, the woman went to the Milton Keynes Police Station and handed the information to the police. The investigators were also given details of the former owner of the property, who fled for fear of the gang.

He handed a copy of the photo to Milton Keynes agents the following morning.

A police spokesperson said: Thames Valley Police can confirm that they have received some images, which are being reviewed by the investigation team into Leah Croucher’s disappearance.

We always continue to urge the public to contact the Thames Valley Police with any information that may help with the investigation, by calling 101 or making a complaint online, or by visiting the Milton Keynes Police Station.

It would not be appropriate to comment on these images further, as I am currently with the investigation team. However, we have no problem with this in the media.
