Chicago-based Dresner Partners, a mid-market investment bank, has added Lindsey M. Wendler to its team to lead the expansion into the Dallas and south-central U.S. market
The new CEO has extensive experience conducting transactions in a wide range of industries and situations, including sell-side M&A consulting, buy-side M&A projects, restructuring consulting, refinancing, valuations and raising capital. Most recently, Wendler held CEO roles at Skystone Securities and National Transaction Advisors.

The investment banker brings a diverse experience
Dresner says Wendler’s diverse experience as an investment banker, entrepreneur and international entrepreneur makes her “uniquely qualified to recommend many of our potential clients.”
Wendler has completed transactions in numerous industries, such as the hot industrial sector, including infrastructure related products and services, construction services, construction products, equipment manufacturing and leasing, engineering and logistics. Other key engagements include fintech and e-commerce services. Previously, Wendler held CEO roles at Skystone Securities and National Transaction Advisors.
Support entrepreneurs
Early in his career, Wendler founded a startup [LindseyMarie] in the luxury goods sector in Switzerland, which fueled his passion for supporting other entrepreneurs through M&A and corporate finance initiatives. Wendler raised growth capital to expand the company’s international distribution and later sold the business through a merger and acquisition process, according to the press release.
The investment banker also holds several leadership positions in Dallas.
Key roles include chair of the Alliance of Merger & Acquisition Advisors DFW Chapter, chair of the AM & AA National Chapter Leadership Committee, member of the AM & AA National Advisory Council, chair of investment banking on the board of the Association for Corporate Growth (DFW Chapter), co-founder of Women in Finance Roundtable Breakfast Series and a member of the Dallas CEO Forum.
