Meet Sampreeti Yadav, the girl from Patna who got a Rs 1.10 crore packet job on Google

Sampreeti Yadav, a girl from Patna, Bihar, got a job for herself at Google with the annual package of Rs 1.10 crore. The girl is a B Tech in Computer Science from Delhi Technological University and currently works at Microsoft with an annual package of Rs 44 lakh.

Sampreeti will join Google on February 14, 2022. A native of Nehru Nagar of Patna, Sampreeti’s father, Ramashankar Yadav, is a bank official, while his mother Shashi Prabha is assistant director of the planning and development department.

Sampreeti Yadav was offered a job by four companies, including Adobe and Flipkart. For this, he chose Microsoft and started working there. Meanwhile, he received an offer from Google. After completing nine rounds of interviews, Google selected her and offered her an annual package of 1.10 crore rupees.

Last year, in June, Diksha Bansal, a senior computer science graduate from the Indian Institute of Technology-Patna (IIT-P), got a job at Google with an annual package of Rs 54.57 lakh. Five students of the IIT-BHU had received an offer from the US company Uber. One of the students was offered a whopping 2.05 crore rupee package, IIT BHU said in its statement.

Educational details

Sampreeti enrolled at the Notre Dame Academy in 2014 with 10 CGPAs.

He broke JEE-Mains in 2016 after passing the 12th exam of the International School, Delhi.

In May 2021, he completed his B Tech in Computer Science at Delhi Technological University.

Currently, Sampreeti is working at Microsoft with an annual package of Rs 44 lakh.
