Our tech-savvy staff at Felton Library would love to help you solve your problem with a 30-minute (or less) appointment. Repairing malfunctioning hardware or software is beyond our scope. Possible topics may include: creating an email account, creating documents, attaching files, using premium membership library resources, downloading and streaming content such as movies, books, and audiobooks, and even more. Please bring any devices you use and have the necessary passwords and library card with you.

Early appointments have priority. Visit the library information desk or call the information phone (831-427-7713) for help making an appointment. Arrivals later than 5 minutes from the scheduled time may result in the cancellation of the appointment. Walk-ins are welcome, when openings are available.
