Title: Senior Financial Analyst Tech

The Senior Financial Analyst (SFA) supports technology-driven innovation for customers and company stakeholders and drives continuous improvement opportunities for the team. This role plays a central role in consolidating and communicating actionable business insights to the organization. As well as liaising with internal teams, the role will be working with Corporate Finance and other finance leaders across the business to ensure we are meeting the company’s objectives.

Incorporated into the global Tech Finance organization, this position will provide capital FP&A support for the company’s technology spend. The successful candidate will be skilled at monitoring multiple parts of the organization to ensure overall goals and objectives are achieved. This critical team member will develop a deep understanding of the global technology organization, its financial profile, key revenue and cost drivers, and all business units.

Responsibilities Coordinate long-term planning, budgeting, forecasting and periodic reporting processes across technical functions for capital expenditures Develop actionable insights for all levels of the organization Build KPIs that enable the organization to correct course in time real Analyze and monitor financial and operational trends, integrating data from multiple sources, to develop a holistic view of performance Drive process improvements and contribute to initiatives that can streamline and/or improve the quality of team results Prepare presentations and manage projects and special analyzes as requested by leadership Work with the functional leader to manage their capital budgets, model business scenarios and build positive relationships to drive transparency and accuracy

Basic qualifications 4+ years in Finance; preferably within media/entertainment or a role/industry addressing technology CPA, MBA or similar advanced degree/designation a plus

Additional Qualifications Highly analytical, able to synthesise data and deliver concise and insightful narratives Strong project management, organizational skills, attention to detail and work ethic Results-oriented with ability to balance multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment to achieve desired results Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proactive initiator and phenomenal teammate, ability to learn quickly, be flexible and adapt to changing industry and organizational landscape Solid understanding of accounting and finance principles Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills; Experience with SAP, TM1 and/or Longview is an advantage

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Salary Range of Employment: $72,900.00 – 105,000.00.

The salary range of employment for this position applies to New York City, California, Colorado, Washington state and most other geographic areas. The starting salary for the successful candidate depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. Benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program, and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the collective bargaining agreement appropriate.
