Job description:

EDUCATION In lieu of the required degree or diploma equivalent experience will be accepted.

HS Diploma or equivalent education/experience

CERTIFICATION AND LICENSE

BLS-Basic Life Support Practitioner

Certification in specialty area required for some positions.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE TYPICALLY ACQUIRED IN:

Current Nursing Assistant experience or outside agency experience providing care to the specialty patient population served in their respective area.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

Must have demonstrated proficiency in effective written and communicative English, basic computer proficiency and basic knowledge of arrhythmia for specialist technology in the intensive care area or telemetry monitoring area

Under the direction of RN/LVN, manages multiple requests in an ever-changing environment.

Payment Range: $30.54-$34.90

The salary range for this role may range above or below the published range, as determined by position. This range has not been adjusted for any specific geographic differential applicable by area where the position may be filled. Compensation takes into account several factors including, but not limited to, applicants’ experience, education, skills, licenses and certifications, departmental equity, training and organizational needs. Base pay is only part of the total rewards program offered by Sutter Health. Eligible roles also qualify for a comprehensive benefits package.
