Pee assumed the role of Chief Digital and Technology Officer earlier this month.
He was previously the retailer’s Chief Digital and Data Officer and held that position for just over four years.
During that time, Pee’s goal was to lead the aforementioned digital transformation drive at M&S and unlock data to build deep customer relationships to make experiences special.
He also presided over the creation of teams responsible for customer growth, customer experience, retention, personalization, product management, data science, enterprise data, innovation, and partnerships.
