This question doesn’t seem to pertain to programming within the scope defined in the Help Center.
I have a personal website, I want to index on google. When Live tested my URL and looked at the screenshot, my page was cut after 3/4. In another thread, I wrote, that Google bot does the following:
I believe the Google bot is doing this:
Looking at your website with a 1024×768 viewport. Check how tall window.scrollHeight is Resize your virtual browser to the same height as >window.scrollHeight Take a screenshot and check what elements are visible and score SE as >appropriate. (Dinging content that is not visible.)
Since I use viewport height units for some margins, it probably cuts my page.
Now I wanted to ask if this really matters or if googlebot is focusing mostly on html code anyway. Thanks for your answers.
