Mintz enters a new partnership with legal tech startup Clara

NEW YORK Mintz has entered into an innovative partnership with legal technology provider, Clara, further immersing the firm as a key legal services provider in the startup ecosystem.

As part of the partnership, using the Claras platform, Mintz created templates for founders to form Delaware companies, as well as any additional documentation they may need to start a business in the US or enter an accelerator program or venture builders. Clara is a legal operating system that provides digital tools to help founders train and scale their businesses and manage cap tables. Founded in 2019, Clara currently has over 4,000 startups on its platform. Clara’s partnership with Mintz allowed her to enter the US market.

This collaboration aligns us with a digital partner that allows us to provide Claras users with a convenient way to start their own businesses in a legally compliant manner, said Dan DeWolf, Mintz’s Technology Practice Chair and Co-Chair of Venture Capital and Emerging Companies.

Claras LegalOS digitizes and automates legal tasks for founders, including digital company formation, cap table and data room management, and automated generation of legal documents (covering SAFE, ESOP and more), all supported by the function predictive training platform.
