Google Account – Sign out of personal accounts

[ad_1]

Student Google APS accounts may not work properly when students are signed in with a personal Google account. If you’re having trouble accessing Google APS resources, follow these steps to sign out of your personal Google Account.

Step 1: Sign out of Google-branded apps Open one of the Google apps (Drive, Classroom, Docs, Slides, etc.) Open the Settings menu at the top right and look for the account/sign-in section Click Manage account on this device To all listed accounts, click Remove from this device

Step 2: Quit Safari

Google Account credentials are stored separately for Safari and apps that use Safari for authentication, such as Flipgrid. The following steps remove your Google credentials from Safari and, in turn, for non-Google apps that use Sign in with Google.

Method 1: Via Safari browser In Safari, go to https://accounts.google.com/Logout Click Remove an account Click the red “-” sign next to the account name Click Yes, remove Repeat steps 2-4 for each account Method 2: Via iPad settings Open the iOS Settings app In the left menu, scroll down and click Safari Go to Advanced > Website Data Click Edit and delete data for Google.com and any other relevant sites
