White Paper Games has announced its new story-based detective game, Conway: Disappearance At Dahlia View.
The developer revealed the new game during the Future Games Show on June 14, along with an exciting announcement trailer that follows retired detective Robert Conway as he initiates a private investigation into the sudden disappearance of 8-year-old Charlotte May. However, the wheelchair-bound private investigator will have to solve the mystery from his living room window, Courtyard Window style.
The clip also features the British setting of Conway: Disappearance At Dahlia Views from the 1950s, as well as the slew of secondary characters Conway will meet and spy on during his investigation, including his daughter, who is also a detective.
Conway: Disappearance At Dahlia View is the latest game from White Paper Games, following Ether One from 2014 and The Occupation from 2019. The developer also noted that his next title is a sort of combination of Ether One and The Occupation.
We put a lot of energy into creating a blend of the puzzle and narrative elements of Ether One with The Occupation’s collection of evidence and character-driven dialogue interactions to bring you our latest IP, Conway: Disappearance At Dahlia View, Pete Bottomley , co-founder of White Paper Games, told GamesRadar.
Conway: Disappearance At Dahlia View is scheduled for release this fall and will be available on PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X | S, Xbox One and Nintendo Switch.
