While we’ve seen prices drop to $ 698 in the past, that’s still a great deal on this Dolby Atmos soundbar, which comes with an included wireless subwoofer. And, if you want to go all out, you can add a pair of wireless rear speakers too, with the whole package reduced from $ 1,200 to $ 1,096.

The Sony HT-Z9F is a 3.1 channel soundbar that can virtually create a 5.1.2 system, without taking up valuable space. Plus, with an included wireless subwoofer (and rear speakers if you like), you should get powerful sound with powerful bass.
Virtual Dolby Atmos also means getting an immersive cinematic soundstage that makes you feel like you’re in the heart of the action, whether you’re watching TV, movies, or playing games.

We awarded the Sony HT-Z9F four out of five stars in our review, thanks to its support for virtual Dolby Atmos and DTS: X, although you might find more convincing performance from soundbars with tweeters on like the Sonos Arc.
It is worth mentioning that Amazon Prime Day will start soon, and while we don’t think this particular soundbar will drop in price any further, newer models could be heavily discounted. But, if you want a compact soundbar that can deliver immersive sound, it’s worth a bargain.
