PlayStation 5 fans have been eagerly awaiting the debut of a new trailer for the upcoming horror title Abandoned, which was to be revealed earlier this week. While some of these intrigues simply have to do with watching more of the game itself, other fans theorize that Abandoned may somehow be involved with developer Hideo Kojima and Konami’s Silent Hill franchise. Sadly, based on a new update from developer Blue Box Game Studios, fans will have to continue to theorize a little more.
By informing fans on Twitter earlier today, it was said that the latest Abandoned trailer has been postponed. Originally slated for release on Tuesday, June 22, Blue Box Game Studios said it won’t now arrive until three days later, Friday June 25. As for the reason for the delay, the study said it was having problems when it comes to localization.

Also: the app will start with an introduction to let you know its purpose and how to use the app.

The way Blue Box Game Studios is releasing this new Abandoned trailer is pretty unconventional. Instead of uploading a new video to YouTube as usual, those who wish to watch it will have to download a specific app on their PlayStation 5. This app will then render a real-time trailer which will give players an idea of how it will be abandoned. watch on PS5 The way this trailer is released has some fans asking questions as well, especially as it seems to be a bit over the top for an indie game.
