The second iteration of Realme’s wearable budget, Realme Band 2, will launch soon. The first generation of the Realme Band was aggressively priced, making it a competitive option for those buying their first wearable. In fact, it went straight to the Mi Band 5, which has pretty much dominated the segment since the very first Mi Band. Digit has partnered with OnLeaks to bring you exclusive renders and a 360 degree look at Realme Band 2.
And now, your first look at # RealmeBand2! (beautiful 5K renders + display size + size)

We managed to get our hands on some high-resolution renders of the upcoming Realme Band 2 to give you a first look at the next wearable. We’ve also added a 360-degree video which should give you a complete look at what you can expect from the next device.
Realme Band 2: specs and images leaked
Judging by the images, it looks like Realme is trying to make Realme Band 2 a more premium looking offering than the original Realme Band. The upcoming device looks more like a watch than the first wearable which looked more like a strap. The display and case stand out more instead of blending in with the straps.

Speaking of the display, Steve Hemmerstoffer aka OnLeaks notes that Realme Band 2 will feature a display of around 1.4 inches. This is quite a leap up from the 0.96-inch display of the first Realme Band. This should definitely add to the premium look Realme is likely looking for. It should also be noted that there does not appear to be a touch button at the bottom of the display. This seems to suggest that the Realme Band 2 UI will be fully touch and gesture-based. This isn’t too surprising as most devices in this price range now offer such a user interface.

In terms of size. OnLeaks notes that Realme Band 2 will measure approximately 45.9 x 24.6 x 12.1mm. This makes the device larger than the first strap, but it shouldn’t be large enough to make it bulky when wearing it.

On the back, we can see that the device will feature the usual group of optical sensors. These should allow for features like 24×7 heart rate monitoring. It is not yet known whether these will also offer SpO2 monitoring and blood pressure monitoring. We just have to wait to know these characteristics. Another aspect to note is that the first Realme Band was charged by removing a strap and plugging it directly into a USB port. However, it can be seen that the new strap design may not allow this. Therefore, it can be assumed that the new Realme Band 2 will charge via pin pogo or something similar.
It’s not yet confirmed when Realme Band 2 will be officially unveiled, but it should be sooner rather than later. The wearable was recently spotted on the Bluetooth SIG listing pages where it had the model number RMW 2010. It also pretty much confirmed that Realme Band 2 will offer Bluetooth v5.1. This is a pretty important step forward considering the current Realme Band offers Bluetooth v4.2.
