Fall Guys: Ultimate Knockout will launch its Season 5 update tomorrow, dubbed Stumble in the Jungle, with a jungle adventure theme.

Fall Guys: Ultimate Knockout was one of the surprise indie hits of 2020 with over 11 million downloads. Devolver Digital released the title from the UK’s Mediatonic in August 2020 and received a lot of attention for its cute and fun take on the battle royale genre.

In the game, 60 players compete with each other to overcome an obstacle course with bizarre characters. It continued to do so well that Epic Games bought developer Mediatonic in March 2021.

Now the little bean characters will race through a jungle full of new features and six new rounds. You’ll encounter giant swinging logs, a mysterious lost temple, and mechanical rhinos. Interestingly, Fall Guys season 5 will debut on Steam and PlayStation, as Sony has invested in Epic Games. The game is also available on other platforms, but we still have no news on when the new season will arrive.

The new rounds of season 5 include:

Treetop Tumble Players take branching paths in a race to the finish. Filled with dangerous swings of trunks and expanding frogs (yes, seriously). Stompin Ground What happens when beans roam rhino territory? Lost Temple The most ambitious round to date requires the beans to navigate the shape-shifting Lost Temple, where the elusive path to the crown is ever-changing. Lily Leapers Bounces to the rhythm of Lily Leapers’ beans. Players conquer each level by jumping from one drum to another. Bubble Trouble Bubble Trouble is a five-arena match focused on rapid-fire beans You have to run between the hotspots to get your glorious qualification. Pegwin Pool Party, players can shrink zippy slides and grab the annoying Pegwins. The longer you hold on, the more points you will earn.

The game will also debut with limited-time events, offering a whole new way to conquer the Blunderdome filled with limited-time challenges and unique rewards. Each event carries a path to wealth (rare costumes, emotes, nameplates, models, and other goodies).

The developers are also experimenting with new ways to play together, including limited-time Duo and Trio shows during Season 5.
