The Block 2021: Mitch and Mark hit back at cheating allegation raised by neighbor Ronnie

Just when we thought the schedule photo cheating scandal was behind us, another team is accused of being ‘sneaky’.

Mitch and Mark are the last Blockheads to go under the microscope, pre-planning and ordering items for their renovations they didn’t take lightly.

The All Star team responded to comments raised by House 1’s Ronnie on their Instagram, posting a series of photos and videos to prove their innocence.

“ALERT – BS DETECTOR. Those who can do good planning and organization just do the job … those who can’t … complain. Or worse create stories that are wrong ….”, Mitch and Mark started.

They went on to say, “The accusations of cheating are just cheap shots … it’s organization, good planning, working well with your suppliers and making good decisions quickly. We all started planning. an entire house at one time, and if you have “I haven’t thought about the overall plan from the start, then don’t complain when other people do. @jasonthebuilder says “give me the waterproof Monday challenge, we hold the waterproof Tuesday record, make @theblock history and make it a Monday!”

The couple then listed five steps they took to get it all done, before ending the post by recalling that the cheating accusation is far from the truth.

It all started in episode 18 during Bathroom Week. Tensions began to build between Houses 1 and 2 when Mitch and Mark received a shipment of Soundcheck drywall. Ronnie believed that Mitch and Mark weren’t “playing by the rules” because this type of material is not used in a bathroom.

Foreman Keith reminded Mark that the order must go through because rooms are being called because there is not enough space on site to store all deliveries. Mark said they only ordered in advance because he had received a text from CSR advising him to order earlier. So Foreman Dan asked to see the text.

Mask asked if the foremen were suggesting he was lying. He said Keith and Dan “were basically accusing us of cheating.”

As their Instagram made clear, it’s not a reputation grandfathers want just because they’re organized.
