TI and Tiny Harris’ request that the lawsuit of Glam University CEO Sabrina Petersons be dismissed was recently dismissed and will be taken to court. Peterson, a former friend of the couple, claimed the rapper pointed a gun to her temple and the couple had committed multiple acts of sexual abuse against young women over the years. All the allegations have been vehemently denied by TI and Tiny. Tyrone Blackburn, Peterson’s attorney, released a statement to OnSite saying the hip-hop couple had a long fight ahead of them.
The continuing TI, Tiny case, as well as Shekinah’s anti-SLAPP motion failed, and Sabrina has the right to seek justice for the libel inflicted on her by the Harris and Mrs. Anderson. The next move is on the Harris’ to answer the four charges the judge clears. The hardest part for them is that everything is so public and the fact that Shekinah said Tameka told her to do it all these [things] are detrimental to their case, according to Blackburn’s statement.
TI also provided an update on the ongoing case as he sat down with the Big Facts podcast “in front of a live audience in a video that was released this week. The show’s hosts, DJ Scream, Baby Jade and Big Bank asked TI about the current allegations of sexual abuse and the alleged drug abuse and kidnapping of several women. Although he could not speak about the case for legal reasons, he didn still wasn’t at a loss for words.
Look, man, that don’t hurt me. S— has not arrived!
He further dismissed the allegations and addressed the audience.
Stupid people listen to stupid people. It’s that simple. Stupid people listen to stupid people. The name of the show is [Big Facts]. You’re showing me a big fact on the subject, and we can continue the discussion.
