The town of Killeen has drawn criticism after its announcement on Monday to move the trick-or-treat to October 30, a day before the spooky holiday.

Halloween is Sunday, October 31, but the City has set aside Saturday, October 30 for treats and for those who would like to hand out candy or treats. As a reminder, children must always be accompanied by an adult, a statement said on Monday.
