HARLEM, Manhattan (WABC) – New details have emerged about the New Jersey mother accused of abuse after reporting her 14-year-old daughter missing.

Eyewitness News on Monday obtained the criminal complaint against Jamie Moore, 40, after his arrest last week

She is charged with endangering children and charged with physical abuse and neglect.

Moore is accused of stabbing the teenager with a steak knife, spraying her face with bleach, removing her braids and hitting her on the head with a frying pan.

She also allegedly hit her daughter with hangers and a broomstick and put her knees on her neck so that she could no longer breathe.

Moore is also charged with educational negligence for failing to enroll the 14-year-old girl in school this year and forcing her to log out of online school last year.

The criminal complaint also alleges that Moore forced her daughter to beg to ring a certain amount of money.

Prosecutors say the day her daughter left home, Moore told her to find a lost debit card and if she didn’t, not to come home.

Her daughter feared she would be beaten if she returned home without her.

Moore’s daughter was found last Thursday in Harlem after she apparently went into hiding in New York after running away from home.

Moore’s teenager and 3-year-old son are in the care of the New Jersey Child Welfare and Duty Division.

During the month her daughter was missing, Moore insisted she was not running away from her home and called the police and the public to help locate the teenager.

A $ 20,000 reward was offered by Essex County’s Crime Stoppers program to help locate the teenager. This has yet to be claimed, officials said.

Moore is scheduled to appear in court on Wednesday.
