Emotional eating and referee blaming begins after cowboys play like turkeys

[ad_1]

At least some Dallas players have dinner waiting for them.

After designing a 10-play, 48-yard workout to force overtime with a field goal from Greg Zuerlein, a critical pass interference call on Anthony Brown allowed the Las Vegas Raiders to sideline the Cowboys on Thanksgiving, 36 -33.

Dallas has now lost three straight games to opponents from AFC West and three of its last four.

Here’s some of the national reaction to the Cowboys’ loss:

Cowboys lose in OT.

Dallas hasn’t held a 9-quarter lead in the last 2 games.

Goes 1-3 against AFC West.

Jerry Jones said the Cowboys know this current team of officials will carry a lot of penalties.

– Calvin Watkins (@calvinwatkins) November 26, 2021

The Cowboys first entered the NFL in 1960. Today, they’ve been penalized 14 times for 166 yards, setting a franchise record for most penalty yards in a game.

They lost to the Raiders in overtime, 36-33.

I’m going to see penalty flags flying in my dreams – check that out, nightmares – tonight. Darling.

Getting your ass kicked by a team in a three-game losing streak while traveling over a short week

– Jean-Jacques Taylor (@JJT_Journalist) November 26, 2021

The Cowboys lost points several times in their 36-33 loss. Tyron Smith’s penalty canceled out a TD that became an FG. Mike McCarthy withdrew PAT and failed in his 2-point play attempt. Greg Zuerlein missed PAT and long FG. Not to mention DPI lol it ball in Dallas 1.

Cowboys fans thought their team was good. Hysterical and satisfying.

Absolutely brutal November.

I honestly wish the Cowboys lost this game 50-0. It would have been so much easier for me.

on my 3rd plate of food. cowboys make me eat emotionally

It’s so quiet in Dallas right now that you can hear a mouse urinating on Jerry Jones, the fallen mom-and-pop store key he calls the @dallascowboys.

– Rob Parker (@ RobParkerFS1) November 26, 2021

The #Cowboys were in total control of my Thanksgiving. Let’s start the day and try again from scratch.

– Rodney Harris (@ HarrisCBS46) November 26, 2021

Cowboys are a cut below the NFC elite. And by that I mean the 5th best team depending on where the match is played

– Justin Beasley (@JBeasleyWSMV) November 26, 2021

Seen this Cowboys movie for about 25 years. It has gotten to a point where there is no expectation that they will win this kind of game.

– Gene Wang (@gene_wang) November 26, 2021

No other fan base is allowed to blame the umpires after bad losses except Cowboys fans remember.

– Shaun Morash (@MrazCBS) November 26, 2021

This is the first time the Lions and Cowboys have lost on Thanksgiving since … 2020

I’m About To Stop Watching The Cowboys On Thanksgiving With No Cap
