The second installment of the controversial BBC documentary The Princes And The Press aired last night (November 29).
The documentary was presented by Amol Ranjan and saw him speaking to Meghan, the attorney for the Duchess of Sussex, about the bullying allegations.
The controversial allegations surfaced in March and were called a “calculated smear campaign” by the former royal couple, who vehemently deny any wrongdoing.
The BBC’s decision to air the documentary without allowing the palace to see a prior copy has led to tensions and boycott rumors.

The second part of the scandalous documentary focused on claims that the Duchess of Sussex intimidated staff.
Meghan’s lawyer Jenny Afia appeared with Ranjan to discuss the allegations.
She told the program: “The overall allegation was that the Duchess of Sussex is guilty of bullying. Absolutely not.

“The first thing is to be very clear about what bullying is. What bullying really means is using power in a deliberate and repeated way to hurt someone physically or emotionally.
“The Duchess of Sussex has absolutely denied ever having done this. Having said that, she wouldn’t deny anyone’s personal experience.”

When asked if Afia could provide evidence to refute the claims, she added, “It’s really hard to prove a negative. So if you haven’t bullied someone, how do you prove that you didn’t.
“Merely denying the allegation … does not resolve the underlying problem that the allegation was made.”
It is reported that the three oldest royals – the Queen and Princes Charles and William – have come together to complain to the BBC, the Mirror reports.
There would be plans for a three-household boycott of the company if it continues with the program without letting the courtiers see it first.

The Mail on Sunday previously reported that if the Royal Family decides the company has broken the rules for accuracy and fairness in addition to not giving them a fair right of reply, they may take action.
In a joint statement released at the end of the documentary, Buckingham Palace, Kensington Palace and Clarence House said: A free, responsible and open press is of vital importance for a healthy democracy.
However, too often exaggerated and unfounded allegations from unknown sources are presented as fact and it is disappointing that anyone, including the BBC, gives them credibility.

When it was reported that the palace had been denied an early copy of the documentary, a royal source called the documentary gossip and the argument over the possibility of seeing a preview shocked the 95-year-old Queen.
They explained to the Mail on Sunday: “There is anger about it. Households are all united in thinking it is not fair. No one at the Palace has seen it.”
According to the newspaper, the Palace has warned that it will no longer help with future BBC projects unless it has the right to respond.
