CBI’s strange allegation on Jagan’s petition

[ad_1]

There have been several attempts to rescind YS Jagan Mohan Reddy’s bail in the IWC court. There are also an equal number of attempts to ensure that he is physically present in the courtroom for each hearing.

He was not exempt from a physical presence on the pitch even when he launched his padayatra marathon in 2017, which brought him to power with a record-breaking victory.

Now, as chief minister, Jagan Mohan Reddy has filed a petition with the court to request exemption from his presence in court during the hearing of the case.

Jagan Mohan Reddy’s lawyer told the court it would be difficult for him to attend court at every hearing because he holds a senior position as chief minister.

Opposing the petition, the CBI told the court that being Chief Minister Jagan Mohan Reddy had a chance to influence witnesses in cases.

Although the court delayed the verdict, it is doubtful that the CBI has any information on Jagan Mohan Reddy using his Chief Minister’s office and influencing a witness for the past three years!

Does the CBI have credible information about Jagan Mohan Reddy attempting to influence a witness?

It is high time that caged parrots were released from political imprisonment, especially when it comes to politically motivated cases.
