Stay united. Scott Disick has responded to the Khloé Kardashian and Tristan Thompson infidelity scandal by comforting his Keeping Up With the Kardashians colleague with a gift.

The Flip It Like Disick star, 38, remained friends with the Good American founder, 37, after her split from her sister, Kourtney. In his latest show of support, Scott presented Khloé with a beautiful bouquet of flowers shortly after it was announced that his ex Tristan is being sued for child support after having an affair with a woman who claims to be the father of her new son. -not. Khloé took to social media on December 5, 2021 to share a photo of Scott’s thoughtful gift. “I love you,” she wrote, tagging Scott’s Instagram account. “Thank you.”

The gentle gesture was obviously a bright spot in Khloé’s week amid her ex’s latest scandal. The NBA player, who already shares his daughter True Thompson with Khloé and his son Prince Thompson with his ex, Jordan Craig, was recently accused of fathering another child by personal trainer Maralee Nichols, who gave birth. to the little boy on December 2, 2021.

In court documents obtained by multiple outlets, the 31-year-old Houston native claims to have conceived her baby with Tristan in March 2021 during a “month” affair with the Sacramento Kings player, which means that the alleged affair took place while Tristan was still in a relationship with Khloé. In his case, Nichols seeks child support, including reimbursement and payment of medical bills related to the pregnancy and costs such as prenatal vitamins, newborn clothes, formula, diapers and her. childbirth doula.

Although Tristan has neither confirmed nor denied being the father of the baby, he admitted to having sex with Nichols twice when meeting at a Houston hotel on his birthday weekend in March. . The basketball player has since asked Nichols to move his fatherhood costume from California to Texas, where the baby is said to have been conceived. Nichols’ attorney, however, suggests the claim is simply an attempt to skimp on child support payments, as they would be considerably lower in the state of Texas.

In their rebuttal, Nichols’ attorney adds that Tristan sent text messages “threatening” their client to abort before the child was born. “It is also apparent from the context and substance of these communications that they are from Tristan to Maralee, reflecting that Tristan is addressing the relationship of the parties, and even regarding her pregnancy, insisting that she have an abortion.” and threatening to get next to nothing with lesser support requirements in Texas, ”a court document read, via page six.
