It was her fault, said Faith Angelica Pile.
Yesterday she told Supreme Court No.2 that she was the reason her brother and boyfriend killed Barbados Defense Force soldier David Blenman.
“I want to ask my brother and my child father to forgive me because without me this situation could not have happened,” she said.
Pile, 25, of Skeetes Road, Jackmans, St Michael, along with his brother Jamar Antonio Pile, 30, and Shaquan Sherwin Omar Crichlow, 23, both also of Skeetes Road, Jackmans, had pleaded guilty to the unskilled murder of Private Blenman between November 30 and December 1, 2016. The three men were initially charged with the murder of the man, but denied the charge.
The case was adjourned until Friday for further comments. (HLE)
