These are the three allegations Prince Andrew’s accuser Virginia Roberts is expected to make against the royal under fire as he faces rape charges.

Roberts, who is now called Giuffre, has accused the prince of sexually assaulting her three times when she was under 18.

In court documents, Giuffre says she was sexually trafficked and abused by former billionaire pedophile Jeffrey Epstein from the age of 16 and was ‘loaned out’ to rich and powerful men , including the Duke of York.

It comes as the case is brought before a New York judge as Andrew tries to get her kicked out of court.

His lawyers argue that a secret 2009 deal Giuffre made with Epstein, which was first released yesterday, exempts him from legal action.

In it, she agreed to end all action against “second parties” – including Epstein employees – but does not name the Duke.

The lawsuit comes days after Epstein’s ex-girlfriend and British socialite Ghislaine Maxwell was found guilty of child sex trafficking and could face up to 65 years behind bars.

Giuffre claims Andrew sexually assaulted her in a London apartment in 2001.

In a 2019 BBC interview, she said she was introduced to Andrew by Epstein and his then girlfriend and recently convicted of sexual predator Ghislaine Maxwell, who allegedly took them to a nightclub.

On the drive home, she alleges that Maxwell told her to “do for Andrew what I do for Jeffrey” and claims that she slept with the Duke later that evening at Maxwell’s house in Belgravia.

Speaking about that night at the club, Giuffre said of Andrew: “He’s the most hideous dancer I’ve ever seen in my life.

“His sweat was like it was raining pretty much everywhere.”

The Duke told the BBC he did not recall meeting Giuffre – then Roberts – and that he suffered from a health condition which meant he could not sweat and claimed the visit in nightclub and sex “hadn’t happened”.

Instead, he claims he looked after his children and took Princess Beatrice to a party at Pizza Express in Woking and spent the rest of the evening at home.

But the allegations against Andrew were not buried after a photo appeared showing him with his arm around the miner’s waist in Maxwell’s house.

Andrew said he doesn’t remember the photo ever being taken and wondered if it was his hand in the photo.

Giuffre alleges the prince slept with her again at Epstein’s New York mansion and claims Andrew knew her age and was a victim of sex trafficking, court documents show.

LITTLE ST JAMES, US VIRGIN ISLANDS

The sexual abuse survivor claims Andrew had sex with her for the third time on the private island of Little St James in Esptein – nicknamed “the pedo island” – in the US Virgin Islands.

The island is believed to be where much of his sexual abuse took place and where he is said to have entertained powerful friends such as Bill Clinton and Prince Andrew.

Victims claimed to have witnessed open sex on the island, such as Maxwell having ‘girl on girl’ orgies by the pool.

Andrew strongly denies any allegations against him and said he had no knowledge of any wrongdoing while he was friends with Maxwell and Epstein.

Clinton has also denied ever spending time on the island – exploding the claims in 2020 as “lies” as they resurface in Netflix’s Filthy Rich docuseries.

FBI agents raided the island in 2019 as they were building a case against the billionaire sex trafficker – and the island is believed to still be in Epstein’s estate.

Lawyers for the Duke – who have said he can’t sweat – are arguing in New York that Giuffre’s civil lawsuit should be dropped.

They claim that a secret 2009 deal she made with Epstein exempts her from legal action.

Brad Edwards, a lawyer who has represented dozens of victims of the twisted couple, including the accuser Andrew Giuffre, said he believed the Duke of York would no longer have a choice to face the allegations made against him.

Edwards told Sun Online: “Maxwell’s conviction is long overdue, but welcomed by the hundreds of victims of what is arguably the most powerful and complex sex trafficking operation to ever exist.

“His friend Prince Andrew has had many opportunities to provide information he knows and to help the many victims.

“He chose to position himself in the Maxwell / Epstein team; a team that no longer exists to protect him.

“He really has two choices – voluntarily come forward with all the information he has and answer questions under oath or come forward involuntarily and answer more questions.”
