When I am ready I will tell exactly how the Irish State in the ignorant, evil, selfish and deceptive forms of Tusla and the HSE have enabled and facilitated his dead .”

Sinéad O’Connor’s series of tweets a few days before his son’s death is devastating. This is yet another tragic example of failed mental health systems in crisis https://t.co/ogkUdiaVNR

we live in a society that still stigmatizes mental health and mourns suicide. My heart goes out to Sinead O’Connor. An unimaginable loss for any parent. A woman who has been praised for her beauty and her voice but also demonized for her own sanity. 1/2

Shane O’Connor, 17, son of Sinéad O’Connor, committed suicide. The risk of death in adolescents is significantly higher in boys than in girls, the most common non-cancerous causes being accidents and suicide. More needs to be done to remedy this tragic situation.https: //t.co/03cUDtLWWz
