“We share the students’ concern over the peak in COVID-19 omicron cases,” the district said. “This concern is why we have distributed KN-95 and N-95 masks to all staff. The district said that where the deliveries have been made, staff are already setting up the structures.

Students gave the district a Jan. 17 deadline to respond to their requests, most of which, according to the district on Sunday, are being met.

We thank our students for standing up to these issues and sharing their concerns with district leaders. We will continue to follow the guidelines of local, state and federal COVID safety guidelines. ”
