Ethan Klein and Asmongold criticize JiDion and Ninja for Pokimane Drama

Klein focused on why JiDion launched the hate raid on Imane “Pokimane” Anys, while Asmongold commented on Ninja’s involvement. Many content creators have already given their opinion on the current issue. This is a serious issue as it relates to the environment they have in the streaming community. Let’s take a look at both Ethan Klein and Asmongold on how JiDion and Tyler “Ninja” Blevins acted towards Pokimane.

Ethan Klein calls JiDion a ‘simp’ getting Pokimane’s attention

Ethan Klein slammed Jidion for launching a “hate raid” on Pokimane that permanently banned him from Twitch. He initially had 14 days for the suspension, but became a permanent ban due to the severity of the level of abuse. Klein called JiDion “simp” and told him to “grow up” while highlighting a clip of JiDion telling Pokimane fans to underage and grow up. The H3H3 Productions co-founder also slammed popular streamer Ninja for getting involved in the issue.

Pokimane ended his stream early last week due to hateful comments. JiDion initiated the raid, which ultimately got him permanently banned from the streaming platform. He then appealed for reconsideration but was blatantly rejected. JiDion has already apologized to Pokimane and admitted his mistakes, causing Poki to forgive him afterwards. The reason he doesn’t like her has nothing to do with her being a streamer. He just didn’t like her as a person, he said.

Now, Klein didn’t believe JiDion’s true intentions. He is convinced that JiDion is the real “simp” and did everything to get Poki’s attention. He compared JiDion to a “young boy picking on a girl” to get her attention and called him “pathetic”. In Klein’s podcast, he said, “You know what’s funny? The real simp is him. He also added, “He’s like the five-year-old who has a crush on a girl who shakes his ear to get her to notice. I mean, man, if someone tries to get his attention, it’s you. It’s pathetic.”

Klein also said the community that followed this hate raid had a bigger problem. He said this act is misogynistic. Pokimane didn’t even show any defiant trait actions on his stream, not that there’s anything wrong with that. It just goes to show that even as sane as her, successful in their field, they really acted out of hatred. He continued to press JiDion repeating that JiDion just wanted Poki’s attention. He concluded that JiDion is the real “simp” he was referring to Poki fans.

Ethan then followed up with Ninja, why he got involved in the issue in question. He wondered why Ninja would even enter such a dangerous place, “helping a friend” because of his actions. He even made questionable comments that made the situation worse. The involvement of a Twitch representative is still unknown if the text was actually sent or not. We still don’t have any information if Jessica Blevins, Ninja’s wife and manager, will go through with the libel lawsuit against Poki. The Blevins are still silent and we haven’t heard from them yet.

Another host of a YouTube podcast called Flagrant 2, Andrew Schulz also thinks JiDion and Ninja are jealous of Pokimane’s successful career. They would create weight just to dethrone Poki’s status to stay relevant or be relevant. Pokimane also spoke about his situation. Random accounts would message her to move on, but would also consist of accounts that would still generate hate towards her. The community needs to stop harassing her because JiDion already apologized and told the community to stop.

Famous Twitch streamer and co-owner of OTK, Asmongold, commented on the ongoing issue regarding Poki and Ninja.

Pokimane shared a photo of a direct message from Jessica Blevins, in a Tweet. After reading the message, Asmogold had something to say about the whole situation.

Asmogold pointed out, “It’s just 100% Ninja wrong. It’s literally 100% fake Ninja”. He also said that “it’s a bit crazy because Ninja even looks worse in this situation than JiDion. That’s what drives me crazy about him. I mean, JiDion isn’t like threatening “you made a big mistake” and texting her and stuff like that. He’s just remembering that, which is still bad, I still think it’s shitty, but it’s worse in my opinion. I think it’s much worse.”

Asmogold is also sure that bringing it back to legal means, aggravating the situation, will not help. “It’s not going anywhere, it’s just drama. It has no importance. Asmongold continued to support Poki from then on. Anyone who contradicts Pokimane would just mean that they don’t like him. As stated before, there are only threats but always empty actions regarding legal means. We have yet to hear from the House of Blevins if they will move forward with the defamation case against Pokimane.

Both popular content creators support Pokimane as they also believe JiDion has gone too far, and Ninja is irrelevant. They both stand on Pokimane’s side as there are still random viewers who always harass Poki constantly. Hopefully, the issue would be resolved by now as it would trickle down to the streaming community, having many streaming giants involved in the incident. They must be exemplary samples of influencers for their audience as well as other streamers.
