RAF: the virtue of racism

Western civilization routinely boasts about being the most progressive and intellectually evolved society in existence. A society, it appears, that embraces racism, both discriminates by gender while being unable to define it, and sees ruthless censorship as a means to preserve the greater good.

In other words, the West has taken on a flavor of democracy with authoritarian and collectivist characteristics.

There are many examples of the decay of ethics in our society. The praising of Black Power is one where racially driven hypocrisy is used to avenge the perceived sins of the past by persecuting a generation of people who share a skin colour. Imagine if White Power groups were set up inside businesses and universities. These groups are not benign ideological chat-fests either, where intellectuals sit around college campuses and re-write history under the close watch of grumpy communists. Black Power groups such as Black Lives Matter burned city blocks, assaulted people based on their race, ransacked thousands of stores, and led to the deaths of over a dozen people in America all while engaging in acts of cultural genocide against history.

Racism and sexism in hiring practices is bad in any industry, but it is especially dangerous when the job relates to the defense of the nation.

Adding to this pile of racist ideology (that is better suited to long-gone centuries), the Royal Air Force (RAF) in the UK has put a hiring freeze on white staff particularly men saying that it wishes to focus on hiring women and ethnic minorities.

Air Chief Marshal Sir Mike Wigston was immediately accused of being willing to compromise UK security at a time of growing threats from Russia and China.

Which is correct. The West is not living in a post-war Utopia of eternal global peace it is teetering on the edge of foreign and domestic disaster where rising communist superpowers in Asia and Europe are looking to team up with theocratic regimes in the Arab world to flip the balance of power in favor of authoritarianism. At the same time, Western governments are behaving like collectivist Bowerbirds, nicking the worst parts of Marxism and trying to weave them into the nest of democracy.

I think he [Air Chief Marshal Sir Mike Wigston] needs to be hauled up by the Ministry of Defense and told: This is the defense agenda, get on it, said one defense source.

If the object is defense of the country the only criteria that matters is ability. Thats it. I am a woman, and I would rather see a 100 per cent male military if it meant that they were the strongest and fittest RAF members. Why? Because if we hire based on inclusivity and diversity above ability there wont be a country left after the first firefight.

A senior female officer serving as the head of recruiting, with more courage and morality than the upper echelons of the RAF, handed in her resignation in protest asserting that such playful hiring practices threw into question the fighting strength of the RAF. She added that the RAF were attempting to hire using impossible diversity targets under its policy.

Instead of hiring pilots by making them stand next to a paint chart to gauge their colour, the RAF could focus on paying its existing pilots more money to stop them being poached by the private industry.

It was previously reported that there had been a shocking 65 per cent drop in trainee demand for the Typhoon fast jets because of operational tempo which is now being blamed on the war in Ukraine, despite the crisis being talked about for two years. A more believable cause is the slash to defense funding which saw its frontline fighter squadrons drop fro 30 in 1990 down to 7.

This is insanity.

When asked about attempting to attract desperately needed pilots, a RAF spokesperson said:

Our people are our greatest asset, and were committed to ensuring we attract and retain the best and brightest talent to meet current and future threats.

Surely they mean, the most diverse and inclusive quotas?

A spokesperson for Rishi Sunak released a statement scorning the RAF:

The only thing that should matter in recruitment is the content of your character, not your sex or the color of your skin. The Minister of Defense would allow Britains security to potentially be put at risk by a drive for so-called diversity is not only disgraceful, it is dangerous.

According to the RAF, they are not an Air Force they are A Force for Inclusion.

The front page of their site is not dedicated to technical prowess, defending the UK, or even the sheer thrill of buzzing around the sky in multi-million dollar aircraft it is a long ramble about how virtuous they are.

Diversity and Inclusion:

The nature of the RAF means that we live and operate in close-knit communities where we rely on each other for support. The Royal Air Force family is rich in diversity and culture, and it is important that we value and respect everyone, regardless of their background.

To make sure everyone feels safe and included, we provide a range of services and support for those who may need them. This includes staff networks which play a crucial role in promoting change, role modelling, mentoring circles and coaching. We also provide specific support to those that would benefit Women, LGBTQ+, Disability, Religion and Belief and Ethnicity.

It includes phrases such as: We understand peoples history is important and we continue to review and adjust our uniform rules so that individuals can more easily express their cultural heritage within the forces.

You wouldn’t know, reading the recruitment page, that people are signing up to wage war and very likely die were a conflict to break out. Worse, this type of Woke nonsense lessens discipline and directly endangers all members of the RAF should they come into a genuine hot conflict.

Parliament may be backing away from the diversity and inclusion pledge in the press this week after the racist hiring statement came to light, but it was being openly endorsed through the Defense diversity and inclusion strategy 2030, of which Gavin Williamson, then Secretary of State, wrote the cover letter:

It is absolutely right that our Armed Forces and Civil Service should reflect the society that it exists to defend. As well as a clear moral case for action, diversity and inclusion is critical to Defenses ability to safeguard our nations security, stability, and prosperity.

Similarly, the Forward signed by Stephen Lovegrove, MOD Permanent Secretary, and Sir Nick Carter, Chief of Defense Staff, adds, We strongly believe that diversity and inclusion is critical to Defense achieving its mission.

The report elaborates, saying that by 2030 we want at least 98 per cent of Service Personnel and Civil Servants to have recorded personal diversity data for ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion/belief, and disability.

Which sounds awfully like the RAF is collecting human beings based on their victim categories rather than treating them as skilled individuals.

The appalling policy that saw a pause put on white male staff is laid out on page 18 where it goes into detail about diversity staff goals by 2030.

Its three ambitions for the future are listed as:

To be an inclusive employer. To be an organization that, at all levels, appropriately represents UK society. To be recognized as a force for inclusion in wider society.

Conspicuously missing from this list was to be the scariest, most highly trained, dangerous, and effective combat pilots in the world capable of defending the UK from hostile threats.

It doesnt matter how many RAF leaders come out and say oh, were sorry about that comment the truth is that racism and sexism have been written into the 2030 goals of the RAF and signed off on by the British government.

This is an ideology problem. Diversity and Inclusion policies have been pushed as a mechanism of Marxist struggle by activists seeking power and somehow they have forced their way into the RAF. They must be cut out from the RAF and the reputation of UK Defense restored as a colour-blind institution dedicated to the merit of the individual.

If they dont fix this idiocy, the UK will lose the next war and its people of all ethnicities and genders will die, all because the front lines were picked via quota.
