Parents and teachers at a New York school have accused a principal of saying “she hates Asians” and other racist things about black and Hispanic students.

In a letter obtained by the New York Post, Debra Mastriano of PSS 166 is also accused of preventing a kindergarten student from eating a piece of wrapped birthday cake in her lunch at home because she thought it was overweight.
